NSDP (NUS SIFE Development Programme)

A continuing challenge faced by student organisations is the attraction and retention of capable and motivated members. NUS SIFE recognises this, and we seek to develop the best human resource programmes for our membership.

The aim of our NSDP is to serve as

1) a capacity development tool for members;
2) a marketing tool to attract enterprising undergraduates;
3) and career development through exposure.

This programme is year-long, and comprises of project management and enrichment workshops.
